Kim brings hands-on expertise from her studies and practice in assisted stretching, personal training, bodywork, recovery methods, and multiple wellness modalities. Her time living in Germany exposed her to European health and recovery practices that shaped her deep love of natural, intuitive approaches. Through mentoring with Wayne and direct client work, she refined her client-centered style.

Wayne Coolidge brings more than 43 years of experience in health promotion, human performance, recovery, and long-term wellness. He has studied, applied, and written extensively on the science of the body, mobility, recovery, nervous system balance, and sustainable health. Wayne recognized early that true, lasting progress is not just about muscles or movement — it is deeply connected to how the whole body is supported, regulated, and restored.
