Our Program
By combining the synergistic power of total body-assisted stretch and our NordicEscape sauna blankets, you can experience improved flexibility, increased mobility, full-body relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, and more!
Feel the stiffness in your muscles melt away as our trained professionals guide you through targeted stretches. But the wellness journey doesn't stop there. Climb into our sauna blankets and enhance your stretch by heating the muscles and joints, increasing circulation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, and whisking toxins out.
How are we different?
We stretch the body from head to toe. What makes us unique is our ability to perform a comprehensive stretch routine and then stretch the lower extremities (Calves, ankles, and feet) while simultaneously enjoying the sauna portion of our service. Our specially designed sauna blankets allow this dual therapy and may be unique to the industry, saving time and multiplying benefits.
Your experience concludes with a refreshing cool-down period that includes your choice of cold or room temperature water and peppermint towels for your feet and face,

Our Facilities
Stretch Spa Lake Norman has top-of-the-line facilities and amenities to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. We have a private office and consultation room (Suite. 120), treatment rooms (suites 111 and 119), and a shared relaxation lounge with Soul Wellness.

We are proudly partnered with Soul Wellness, a co-working space for holistic, medical, beauty, and therapeutic providers. Soul Wellness is located within Merino Mill, a beautifully renovated 19th-century textile mill. Our address is 500 S. Main St., Mooresville, NC 28115, Suites 111, 119, and 120 (Office).
